Welcome To The Travelling Teacups Trip!
Julie then thought of the idea to pass this beautiful jigsaw puzzle onto others to share the joy she received putting it together.

The Travelling Teacups have arrived at Autumn Hardie’s home in Pittsburg PA and have been reported to make the following comments:
This is sent on behalf of the Traveling Teacups:
“We arrived safely in Pittsburgh, PA this afternoon and we are quite tired. It is very cold here, but Autumn has provided us with very cozy accommodations during our stay here. We are going to nap for a bit and then have crockpot chicken with black beans, great northern beans, salsa, and chili powder sauce, broccoli, and couscous. We are going to spend some quality time visiting with Autumn a little later this evening! Much love from Pittsburgh! We’ll give you an update a little later! Signing off….”

We have an update on the Travelling Teacups being hosted by Autumn Hardie….
“Today was our first full day in Pittsburgh. We don’t want to hurt Autumn’s feelings, but we are REALLY looking forward to finishing up here quickly after hearing the weather forecast for the next couple days – more snow and freezing rain, which could also mean ice. Frankly, this is just NOT OUR CUP OF TEA. We are looking forward to California next – hopefully more warmth and sun than here. Here’s some pictures from our trip so far.”

Autumn was snowed in at her parents’ house on Wednesday and Thursday, so she didn’t have much time to visit with us then. We were feeling neglected. Then we overheard Autumn talking about us on the phone with someone. She said we were “difficult” guests because we are “irregular”. Irregular? As in weird, strange, odd??? What’s up with that??!! We went back to our Puzzlemobile (the box wink emoticon ) manual and it said that we were “random shaped” and “no two pieces are alike”. At least Cobble Hill had some tact when describing us. They recognize our good qualities of spontaneity (random) and individuality (no two pieces alike). That’s more than we can say for SOME people around here. After feeling in the depths of despair with being neglected and verbally abused, the Tea Party that we had with our Pittsburgh relatives more than made up for a less than stellar stay the rest of the time. On to Santa Cruz, CA! I hope you are ready for us, Leslie Smith! SOOOOOOO LONG, Pittsburgh!!!!
Autumn’s mom, Shelley (left) and Autumn hosting a tea party for us with our Pittsburgh, PA relatives. Shelley and Autumn even had their pinkies sticking out while drinking tea. They didn’t quite have their pinkies curled to perfection, but they made a good effort! — in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania.
